Download ReferVo from the App Store. Open the app and tap "Create Account." Enter your email, create a password, and fill in your business information. You'll receive a verification email to confirm your account.
Yes! Creating an account and connecting with your network is completely free. ReferVo takes a small transaction fee when referral payments are processed. There are no monthly subscriptions or hidden costs.
ReferVo is built around relationships you already have. To connect with someone, you'll need their unique ReferVo ID. Ask a business partner for their ID and enter it in the app to send a connection request. You can't search for random businesses — it's all about people you actually know.
From your dashboard, tap "Send Referral" and select the partner you want to refer to. Add notes about the job or client — your partner will only see these notes, not the client's contact info. Once your partner accepts and the client consents, the contact information is shared.
After your partner accepts a referral, the client receives a text message asking for their consent to share their contact information. If they agree, their info is shared with your partner and you get paid. If they decline, their information stays private and the referral ends there.
You get paid when your partner accepts the referral and the client consents to having their information shared. ReferVo handles all payments automatically — funds are deposited to your connected bank account within 2-3 business days.
You negotiate rates directly with each partner in your network. ReferVo doesn't set or suggest rates — that's entirely between you and the businesses you work with. You can set different rates with different partners based on your relationship and the type of work.
If a partner declines a referral, you can send it to someone else in your network. The client's information stays protected since it was never shared in the first place.
A bad faith tag is a serious flag you can place on a partner who acts outside the bounds of your referral. For example, if you're a gutter company and refer a roofer, but they also do the gutters on that job — that's bad faith. Tags stay on a business profile for six months. To prevent misuse, each business can only place one bad faith tag every two weeks.
Your rating reflects the quality of referrals you send and how you conduct yourself in your network. Good ratings make other businesses more likely to accept your referrals and send referrals your way. It's a way to build trust and strengthen professional relationships.
ReferVo is designed for businesses of all kinds and sizes. Contractors, realtors, consultants, agencies, freelancers, and any business that refers clients to other businesses can benefit from ReferVo.
