By accessing or using the ReferVo mobile application and website (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
ReferVo is a referral marketplace platform operated by ReferVo Inc that enables businesses and professionals to connect with trusted partners, send and receive qualified leads, earn referral fees when leads convert, and build reputation through reviews and ratings.
To use the Service, you must be at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws, and provide accurate and complete registration information.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, maintain and update your information, maintain the security of your login credentials, accept responsibility for all activities under your account, and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
You agree not to use the Service to violate any applicable laws, submit false or fraudulent information, harass other users, spam or send unsolicited communications, interfere with the Service, use automated systems without permission, or engage in activity that competes with ReferVo.
Referral fees and payment terms are established between users. ReferVo Inc may facilitate payment processing but is not responsible for disputes between users regarding referral fees or the quality of services provided to referred leads.
ReferVo Inc may charge fees for certain features or services, including transaction fees on referral payments, premium subscription features, and enhanced visibility services. We reserve the right to modify our fee structure with reasonable notice.
Program Name: ReferVo Referral Notifications
Program Description: ReferVo sends SMS messages to app users for account verification and referral notifications. ReferVo also sends consent confirmation SMS messages to referred leads on behalf of our users.
By providing your phone number and creating an account, you consent to receive SMS messages from ReferVo Inc including account verification codes, referral notifications, and customer support communications.
When a ReferVo user refers you to a business partner, you will receive a single SMS asking you to confirm consent by replying YES. This confirms the verbal consent you provided to the referring party. If you do not respond or reply NO, no further messages will be sent and your contact information will not be shared.
SMS consent and phone numbers are not shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ReferVo Inc and are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you submit but grant ReferVo Inc a license to use such content in connection with operating the Service.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY LEADS OR REFERRALS WILL RESULT IN SUCCESSFUL BUSINESS OUTCOMES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REFERVO INC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for violation of these Terms, fraudulent or illegal activity, or conduct harmful to other users or the Service.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Alabama, United States.
